In this role, the individual will guide learners through academic programs, provide counseling on course selection, and support their progress toward educational goals. Responsibilities include conducting mentoring sessions, explaining academic content in a clear manner, and assisting with basic mathematical and subject-related queries. The Academic Mentor Executive will coordinate training schedules, maintain accurate records of learner performance, and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to improve mentoring processes and ensure a positive learning experience.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities to engage with learners and stakeholders.Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Mathematics and Education to support academic guidance and problem-solving.Candidates should possess skills in Training, including the ability to deliver mentoring sessions and explain concepts clearly.Candidates should ideally have a bachelor’s degree in Education, Mathematics, Psychology, or a related field.Candidates should demonstrate good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple learners and schedules.Prior experience in academic counseling, mentoring, or tutoring is beneficial.Proficiency in English and local languages commonly used in Bengaluru is an advantage.
