Academic Quality Manager

WSU Tech is seeking an Academic Quality Manager to support the college's academic quality and continuous improvement efforts. This position plays an important role in assessment of student learning, academic program data management, state compliance, and faculty development.The Academic Quality Manager serves as a resource for faculty and academic leaders by providing support with assessment planning, data analysis, academic programming, curriculum processes, and continuous improvement initiatives. This position also helps ensure the accuracy and integrity of academic program information used for state reporting and compliance.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesLead institutional assessment planning, analysis, and reporting related to student learning and continuous improvementCollaborate with faculty and academic leaders on assessment practices, Program Review, curriculum, and academic quality initiativesMaintain academic program data and documentation to support accurate state reporting, compliance, and institutional requirementsAnalyze academic and assessment data and provide recommendations to support informed decision-making and program improvementDevelop and facilitate professional development and resources related to assessment, academic quality, data analysis, and related technology systemsSupport accreditation, special projects, strategic initiatives, and other departmental activities related to academic quality and continuous improvementRequirementsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree from an accredited institutionThree years of progressively responsible experience in higher education, assessment, curriculum, academic affairs, academic compliance, or a related fieldDemonstrated experience working with academic data, technology systems, and complex processes involving multiple stakeholdersPreferred QualificationsMaster's degree in Higher Education, Curriculum and Instruction, Educational Leadership, Assessment, or a related fieldExperience leading or facilitating assessment of student learning and faculty developmentExperience with academic curriculum, Program Review, accreditation, or regulatory reportingBenefitshttps://wsutech.edu/whyhere/WSU Tech is committed to inclusive and equitable practices to create an environment and culture where students and employees thrive.
