Please submit your CV along with at least one relevant non-confidential work sample, such as a dissertation section, literature review, research report, publication, SPSS analysis, or qualitative research sample.About the RoleWe are seeking an Academic Research Assistant to join our onsite research team in Islamabad.The ideal candidate should have practical experience in academic research, including qualitative and quantitative research, literature reviews, research methodology, academic writing, and data analysis using tools such as SPSS and NVivo.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct research for dissertations, theses, journal articles, and research reports.Prepare literature reviews and secondary research using credible academic sources.Develop qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-method research methodologies.Conduct and interpret SPSS analysis, including descriptive statistics, reliability, correlation, regression, and hypothesis testing.Support qualitative research, coding, thematic analysis, and NVivo-based analysis.Support systematic literature reviews using PRISMA.Develop research questions, objectives, hypotheses, questionnaires, and conceptual frameworks.Prepare findings, discussions, conclusions, tables, and figures.Apply APA 7, Harvard, IEEE, OSCOLA, and other required referencing styles.Review and format academic documents professionally.Candidate RequirementsCandidates should have:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant research-oriented discipline.Practical experience in academic research, dissertation support, or research writing.Good knowledge of SPSS and quantitative data analysis.Understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.Experience with literature reviews, research design, sampling, validity, reliability, and academic referencing.Strong written English and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Availability for full-time onsite work in Islamabad.Experience with NVivo, PRISMA, SmartPLS, AMOS, R, Python, Stata, Zotero, Mendeley, or EndNote will be an advantage.How to ApplyPlease submit:Updated CVBrief summary of relevant academic research experienceDetails of your SPSS, qualitative, quantitative, or systematic review experienceAt least one relevant work sample or publicationConfirmation of availability for full-time onsite work in IslamabadApplications without relevant academic research experience or without a work sample may be declined directly.
