Job ResponsibilitiesAcademic Standards Senior Lead is responsible to assist the BSE Director and Education System General Manager in managing BINUS SCHOOL curriculum that follows the standards as expected by BSEWork on the academic standards includes curriculum, assessments and all other study-related documents as necessaryThe Academic Standards Lead is also responsible to monitor the implementation of syllabuses for all subjects in BINUS SCHOOLS and to advise the Education System General Manager in the modification/design of their content, should there be a needThe position is also in charge of monitoring the standards and procedures related to academics, both national and international in natureJob RequirementsBachelor’s degree in education or other related fieldsMinimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within an educational settingExperience in working within an international curriculum environmentDemonstrate ability to lead, collaborate, and work effectively with multidisciplinary teamsStrong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and strategic thinking skillsSelf-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaborativelyExcellent communication skills in written and spoken English
