Educators work closely with students and families to ensure every learner feels valued, supported, and inspired to reach their full potential.Role Description The Academic Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for overseeing curriculum implementation, monitoring teaching quality, and ensuring that academic standards and school policies are consistently met across grade levels. The Academic Supervisor collaborates with teachers to plan and review lesson plans, supports professional development, and conducts classroom observations to promote best teaching practices. Daily responsibilities include analyzing student performance data, coordinating assessment processes, and guiding intervention strategies to support learners’ progress. The Academic Supervisor also works closely with the school leadership team on academic planning, communicates with families as needed regarding academic matters, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the learning environment.Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in curriculum planning, instructional design, and assessment practices, with the ability to align teaching methods to international educational standards.Strong leadership, mentoring, and staff supervision skills, including experience supporting teachers’ professional development and facilitating collaborative planning.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, families, and diverse staff members.Proficiency in educational data analysis, student performance tracking, and implementing evidence-based interventions to improve academic outcomes.Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to prioritize multiple academic initiatives and meet deadlines.Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; a master’s degree, teaching certification, or relevant educational leadership qualifications are highly preferred.Proven experience in school-based academic supervision, coordination, or leadership within an international or bilingual school setting is an advantage.Familiarity with modern pedagogical approaches, inclusive education practices, and the use of technology to enhance teaching and learning.
