Apply & track with Apply Edge🚀 WE’RE HIRING | ACADEMIC SUPERVISOR – UPPER EGYPT📍 Available Locations:Luxor | Aswan | Minya | Sohag | Beni-Suef | Qena🎓 About the RoleAs an Academic Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining and developing the academic standards of your branch.You will be responsible for leading, supporting, monitoring, and evaluating English Instructors, while helping build a strong culture of teaching quality and continuous development.🔑 Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise a team of English Instructors.Monitor and evaluate instructors’ academic performance.Provide constructive feedback and coaching to improve teaching quality.Ensure consistent implementation of academic standards and teaching methodologies.Support instructors in addressing academic and classroom-related challenges.Follow up on instructor performance and development.Contribute to maintaining a high-quality learning experience for AEA students.🎯 What We’re Looking ForMinimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership position.Experience within an academic, English language teaching, or educational environment.Excellent English fluency, both written and spoken.Strong leadership and people-management skills.Ability to coach, evaluate, and develop English Instructors.Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.Good understanding of English teaching methodologies and academic quality standards.Willingness to work on-site at one of our Upper Egypt branches.🕐 Work Details
