Job Title: Corporate Technical Trainer – Electrical & Renewable EnergyJob Summary:We are seeking a Corporate Technical Trainer with a strong academic and technical background to design and deliver training programs for employees in the Electrical, Renewable Energy, Solar, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) domains. The ideal candidate should have experience as a Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor, Lecturer, or Technical Trainer and be passionate about developing technical talent.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver technical training programs for employees and new hires.Develop training content, presentations, manuals, and assessment materials.Conduct classroom, virtual, and hands-on technical training sessions.Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, and BESS.Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify training needs.QualificationsB.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory)M.Tech in Electrical Engineering / Power Systems / Power Electronics / Renewable Energy (Preferred)Knowledge in teaching, technical training, or academia.Strong knowledge of Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Solar Energy, Renewable Energy, and BESS.Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.Preferred Background: Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor, Lecturer, Technical Trainer, or Corporate Trainer from engineering colleges, universities, or the power and renewable energy industry.
