Job DescriptionMount Institute of Business Development (MIBD), Dubai, is looking for qualified and experienced Trainers & Assessors to join our academic team.The selected candidates will be responsible for delivering engaging training sessions, assessing student assignments, and supporting learners enrolled in OTHM Level 4 and Level 5 Diploma programmes.Subject AreasWe are hiring Trainers & Assessors for the following specialisations:Project ManagementAccounting and BusinessHealth and Social Care ManagementLogistics and Supply Chain ManagementInformation TechnologyBusiness ManagementTourism and Hospitality ManagementKey ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality training sessions aligned with OTHM qualification requirements.Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and learning resources.Assess student assignments and provide constructive feedback.Monitor student progress and maintain accurate academic records.Ensure assessments comply with OTHM standards and internal quality assurance procedures.Support students throughout their learning journey.RequirementsBachelor's degree or relevant professional qualification in the respective subject area.Strong subject knowledge and relevant industry or academic experience.Recognised teaching or training qualification/certification.Previous experience in teaching, training, or assessing diploma-level programmes.Good communication, presentation, and organisational skills.Familiarity with UK-regulated qualifications, particularly OTHM, is preferred.Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) or Internal Verification (IV) certification is an added advantage.Visa & Employment BenefitsCandidates currently on a spouse-sponsored UAE residence visa will receive priority consideration.Employment visa sponsorship will be provided to the selected candidate, subject to applicable UAE employment and immigration requirements.Opportunity to work with an established training institute in Dubai.How to ApplyInterested candidates should submit the following:Updated CV/resumeTeaching or training certificationsDetails of previous training and assessment experiencePlease clearly mention your subject specialisation(s) when submitting your application.Join MIBD and contribute to developing the next generation of skilled professionals!
