Academic Tutor (Business/Management)

𝗪𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗧𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗞𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Provide academic support and guidance to students in understanding course content and completing assignments.
• Conduct tutorials, revision sessions, and one-to-one academic support sessions as required.
• Monitor student progress and identify areas where additional academic support is needed.
• Collaborate with lecturers and academic staff to ensure effective student learning and engagement.
• Maintain records of student attendance, progress, and tutorial activities.
• Encourage student participation and promote a positive and supportive learning environment.𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
• A relevant Master's degree in the subject area or a related discipline.
• Strong subject knowledge and a genuine interest in supporting student learning.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively with academic teams.
