قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجGSG Academy is looking for an organised, proactive, and hands-on Academy Assistant to join our team in Dubai.The Academy Assistant will support the preparation, coordination, and successful delivery of GSG Academy courses and training programs, ensuring that the venue, equipment, materials, participants, and all operational requirements are properly managed before, during, and after each course.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare the Academy, theory room, wet lab, equipment, and course materials , ensuring everything is organised, clean, and ready.Coordinate all required materials, equipment, instruments, consumables, and logistical requirements in advance.Coordinate the availability of required orthopedic instruments with the relevant technical team.Arrange materials and equipment that need to be purchased, ordered, transported, or prepared locally.Arrange food, coffee breaks, refreshments, and catering requirements for course days.Assist with participant check-in and registration and ensure participants are registered through the GSG Academy App.Welcome and support participants and speakers throughout the course.Manage course-day logistics, including room setup, equipment, materials, catering, and other Academy requirements.Monitor the course schedule and promptly report any operational issues or unexpected situations to the Academy Manager.Support speakers with technical, practical, and logistical requirements during their sessions.For practical courses, ensure that all required equipment, instruments, materials, consumables, and practical training requirements are prepared and available before each session.Maintain the cleanliness, organisation, and professional appearance of the Academy throughout each course.Clean, reset, and organise the Academy and training rooms after each course day and ensure equipment and materials are properly stored.Check for missing, damaged, or insufficient materials and equipment and report them to the Academy Manager.Prepare and submit the course expense report after each course for financial tracking and documentation.Provide brief post-course feedback covering organisation, participants, speakers, venue, and areas for improvement.Support the Academy team with additional administrative and operational activities as required.RequirementsBachelor’s degree or relevant diploma.Previous experience in training coordination, events, administration, hospitality, operations, or a similar role is preferred.Strong organisational and coordination skills.Excellent attention to detail.Comfortable working in a hands-on operational environment.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks and solve problems quickly.Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.Flexibility to work according to the Academy’s course schedule when required.Currently based in the UAE.
