At Al-Qadsiah, you’ll play a key role in shaping our legacy, contributing to the nation’s sports vision, and making history every step of the way.Overview:As the Women's Academy Doctor at Al-Qadsiah Club, you will lead and deliver medical services across the Women's Academy, supporting four academy squads. You will play a key role in building a modern medical department from the ground up, ensuring the highest standards of player health, wellbeing, injury management, and medical governance while working collaboratively with multidisciplinary staff across the club. Key Responsibilities:Strategy and LeadershipLead the delivery of medical care across all Women's Academy training sessions and matches Develop and implement medical systems, policies, and governance processes to support a high-performance environmentEstablish best practice medical standards aligned with the wider club's performance strategyPerformance DeliveryOversee injury diagnosis, management, rehabilitation, and return-to-play processes Deliver comprehensive player health screening and ongoing medical monitoringProvide expert clinical support to maximise player availability and performancePlayer Health and WellbeingMaintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with all relevant medical and regulatory standards Deliver education programmes focused on injury prevention, female athlete health, and player wellbeingPromote a proactive approach to player care and long-term athlete developmentCollaborationCoordinate medical provision across training sessions and matchdays Work closely with coaching, performance, rehabilitation, and multidisciplinary staff to support player developmentEnsure alignment with the Women's First Team medical department to provide a consistent medical philosophy across the clubQualificationsDesirable:Postgraduate qualification in Sports Medicine Experience working within football or elite sport environmentsExperience working within youth or academy football programmesSkills, Knowledge and Experience:Essential:Saudi National Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent)Licensed with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS)Experience in sports medicine or athlete careStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work effectively within a multidisciplinary high-performance environmentKnowledge of female athlete health and the specific medical considerations within women's footballDesirable:Experience developing medical systems and governance processes Experience supporting the growth of high-performance sporting environmentsWhy Join Al-Qadsiah?Be Part of the Legacy: Join a club that’s redefining the future of Saudi sports, striving to lead the competition and set new standards of excellence.Experience the Culture: Thrive in an environment that values quality, accountability, diversity, synergy, innovation, and ambition, while embracing harmony—this is the Qadsiah Way.The Executives in Sport Group are retained on behalf of Al Qadsiah SC to make this appointment.
