At Al-Qadsiah, you’ll play a key role in shaping our legacy, contributing to the nation’s sports vision, and making history every step of the way.Overview:As the Women's Academy Strength and Conditioning Coach at Al-Qadsiah Club, you will lead the physical development of players aged 11 to 17 across the Women's Academy. You will design and deliver high-quality physical development programmes, helping to build a high-performance environment that develops athletic qualities, supports injury prevention, and prepares players for long-term success.Key Responsibilities:Player Development and Physical PerformancePlan and deliver age-appropriate strength and conditioning programmes across both gym and pitch environmentsDevelop key athletic qualities including strength, speed, movement competency, and overall physical performanceIntegrate physical development into the weekly training programme alongside coaching staffSupport injury prevention strategies to improve player robustness and availabilityMonitor and track player development using effective athlete monitoring systemsAthletic DevelopmentDeliver long-term athletic development programmes tailored to the needs of youth female playersAdapt physical programmes according to growth, maturation, and individual player needsSupport the development of physical standards that underpin the academy's playing philosophyCollaborationWork closely with multidisciplinary staff across the performance and medical departmentsContribute to the development of the Women's Academy physical development frameworkSupport an integrated approach to player development across all academy age groupsProfessional StandardsMaintain accurate monitoring and reporting of player physical developmentStay up to date with current research and best practice in youth athletic developmentContribute to building a positive, professional, and high-performance culture across the academyQualificationsDesirable:Experience working within a football academy environment, ideally within the Youth Development PhaseExperience in female athlete developmentKnowledge of growth and maturation processesExperience using athlete monitoring technologies such as GPSSkills, Knowledge and Experience:Essential:Degree in Sports Science, Strength and Conditioning, or a related disciplineAccredited Strength and Conditioning qualification (UKSCA, NSCA CSCS, or equivalent)Experience working within youth sport or football environmentsStrong understanding of long-term athlete development principlesAbility to deliver both gym-based and field-based physical development sessionsExcellent communication and organisational skillsAbility to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary teamAdaptable, proactive, and solutions-focused approach to performance developmentDesirable:Experience helping to establish or develop high-performance environmentsPassion for long-term player development within women's footballWhy Join Al-Qadsiah?Be Part of the Legacy: Join a club that’s redefining the future of Saudi sports, striving to lead the competition and set new standards of excellence.Experience the Culture: Thrive in an environment that values quality, accountability, diversity, synergy, innovation, and ambition, while embracing harmony, this is the Qadsiah Way.The Executives in Sport Group are retained on behalf of Al Qadsiah SC to make this appointment.
