The organization is committed to making professional qualifications engaging, practical, and aligned with global industry standards.Role Description The ACCA Faculty role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The faculty member will deliver high-quality ACCA lectures, lead interactive classroom sessions, and facilitate discussions that help learners grasp complex accounting and finance concepts. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and teaching materials, designing practice questions and case studies, evaluating student performance, and providing constructive feedback and mentoring. The role also involves staying updated with ACCA syllabus changes, coordinating with the academic team on curriculum improvements, and supporting learners with exam preparation strategies and doubt-solving sessions. The faculty member will participate in academic meetings, contribute to learning content development, and help maintain a supportive, inclusive learning environment.Qualifications Strong command of ACCA syllabus areas, including financial reporting, audit and assurance, performance management, taxation, and strategic business leadership.Demonstrated teaching, training, or mentoring skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and engage diverse groups of learners.Experience creating lesson plans, instructional materials, and exam-focused practice content tailored to professional qualifications.Proficiency in classroom management and facilitation of interactive sessions, including case studies, simulations, and problem-solving activities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong analytical and conceptual abilities.Professional ACCA qualification; additional certifications such as CFA, CPA, CMA, or relevant master’s degree in finance, accounting, or commerce are an advantage.Industry experience in finance, audit, consulting, or related domains, preferably with exposure to international standards.Comfort with educational technology and learning platforms, and openness to innovative teaching methods.Ability to work collaboratively with academic and operations teams, and commitment to maintaining an inclusive, learner-focused environment.
