Specialist to deliver professional accounting education and ACCA examination preparation through structured online lessons, workshops, revision sessions, and individual coaching.The ideal candidate has strong accounting knowledge, excellent teaching ability, and a practical understanding of how to prepare learners for professional accounting examinations.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging ACCA-focused lessons through live online classes, workshops, revision sessions, and one-to-one tutoring.Teach relevant accounting and finance concepts across appropriate ACCA subjects and examination levels.Explain complex accounting principles clearly using practical examples, calculations, financial statements, and business scenarios.Develop lesson plans, presentations, study notes, exercises, quizzes, case studies, and revision materials.Guide students through ACCA-style questions, technical scenarios, calculations, and case-based problems.Teach effective examination techniques, question interpretation, time management, revision planning, and answer-structuring skills.Conduct mock examinations, practice tests, revision workshops, and intensive pre-exam sessions.Assess student understanding through quizzes, assignments, discussions, and examination-style assessments.Review student performance and provide constructive, individualized feedback.Identify knowledge gaps and develop targeted learning or revision plans.Track attendance, academic progress, assessment results, participation, and exam readiness.Provide additional academic support and clarification to students through approved learning platforms.Stay current with ACCA syllabus changes, examination formats, technical updates, accounting standards, and relevant professional developments.Ensure teaching materials remain accurate and aligned with applicable ACCA learning objectives and examination requirements.Incorporate real-world accounting, auditing, taxation, financial reporting, management accounting, and business examples where relevant.Encourage students to understand accounting concepts rather than relying solely on memorization.Support students in developing analytical thinking, professional judgment, numerical accuracy, and written-answer skills.Collaborate with academic coordinators and other instructors to improve course structure and student outcomes.Contribute to the development of digital courses, question banks, recorded lessons, study resources, and online learning content.Collect student feedback and recommend improvements to teaching methods, course materials, and learner support.Maintain confidentiality of student records, assessment results, proprietary course materials, and organizational information.Follow academic policies, professional standards, quality requirements, and applicable education guidelines.RequirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.3+ years of professional experience in accounting, financial reporting, audit, finance, management accounting, or accounting education is preferred.ACCA qualification, active ACCA membership, or significant progress toward ACCA completion is strongly preferred.Strong knowledge of financial accounting, management accounting, financial reporting, and relevant accounting standards.Proven experience teaching, tutoring, training, mentoring, or preparing candidates for professional accounting examinations.Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.Strong presentation, teaching, facilitation, and public-speaking abilities.Ability to explain complex accounting concepts and calculations clearly and systematically.Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Excellent understanding of examination-style questions, case studies, calculations, and written responses.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Zoom, LMS platforms, and digital teaching tools.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to motivate students and maintain engagement during intensive examination preparation.Experience with ACCA, CMA, CPA, CIMA, ICAEW, or other professional accounting qualifications is advantageous.Experience developing online accounting courses, mock examinations, question banks, or digital learning resources is advantageous.Experience with IFRS and practical financial reporting is highly advantageous.Relevant professional accounting, education, or training certifications are advantageous but not required
