Specialist to deliver ACCA-focused education, accounting instruction, examination preparation, and individualized student support through online classes and structured learning programs.The ideal candidate has strong accounting knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make complex concepts easy to understand.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging ACCA preparation classes, revision sessions, workshops, and one-to-one tutoring.Teach relevant accounting and finance topics across appropriate ACCA subjects and examination levels.Explain financial and management accounting concepts using practical examples, calculations, financial statements, and business scenarios.Develop lesson plans, presentations, study notes, exercises, quizzes, case studies, and revision materials.Guide students through ACCA-style questions, calculations, technical scenarios, and case-based problems.Teach examination techniques, question interpretation, time management, revision planning, and effective answer structures.Conduct mock examinations, practice tests, intensive revision sessions, and pre-exam workshops.Assess student understanding through quizzes, assignments, discussions, and examination-style assessments.Review student performance and provide clear, constructive, and individualized feedback.Identify learning gaps and develop targeted study and revision plans.Track attendance, academic progress, assessment results, participation, and examination readiness.Provide additional academic support and respond to student questions through approved learning platforms.Stay current with ACCA syllabus updates, examination formats, accounting standards, and relevant professional developments.Ensure all teaching materials are technically accurate and aligned with current ACCA learning objectives.Incorporate real-world accounting, financial reporting, auditing, taxation, and business examples where appropriate.Encourage students to develop analytical thinking, professional judgment, numerical accuracy, and practical accounting skills.Collaborate with academic coordinators and other instructors to improve course structure and student outcomes.Contribute to digital courses, question banks, recorded lessons, study resources, and online learning materials.Collect student feedback and recommend improvements to teaching methods and course content.Maintain confidentiality of student records, assessment results, proprietary materials, and organizational information.Follow academic policies, professional standards, quality requirements, and applicable education guidelines.RequirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.3+ years of professional experience in accounting, financial reporting, audit, finance, management accounting, or accounting education is preferred.ACCA qualification, active ACCA membership, or substantial progress toward ACCA completion is strongly preferred.Strong knowledge of financial accounting, management accounting, financial reporting, and relevant accounting standards.Proven experience in teaching, tutoring, training, mentoring, or professional accounting examination preparation.Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.Strong presentation, facilitation, teaching, and public-speaking abilities.Ability to explain complex accounting principles and calculations clearly and logically.Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Excellent understanding of examination-style questions, case studies, calculations, and written responses.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, LMS platforms, and digital teaching tools.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to motivate learners and maintain engagement during intensive examination preparation.Experience with ACCA, CMA, CPA, CIMA, ICAEW, or other professional accounting qualifications is advantageous.Experience creating online accounting courses, mock exams, question banks, or digital learning resources is advantageous.Practical IFRS and financial-reporting experience is highly advantageous.Relevant accounting, education, or professional training certifications are advantageous but not required beyond
