قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجPosition: Account & Admin ExecutiveLocation: SingaporeSummaryOur client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account & Admin Executive to support its finance and administrative functions. Key ResponsibilitiesAccountingHandle daily accounting transactions including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ensure timely recording of all transactions.Prepare monthly schedules and assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.Support the preparation of management reports and financial statements.Handle GST-related documentation and assist with regulatory filings where required.Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, banks, and other relevant parties during audit and financial reporting exercises.Assist in maintaining proper accounting documentation and internal controls.Candidates with the capability to handle a full set of accounts independently will have an added advantage.AdministrationPerform general administrative duties including document filing, record management, correspondence, and office administration.Coordinate office supplies procurement and maintain inventory records.Assist with travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and other administrative support as required.Support HR administration such as maintaining employee records and processing claims when necessary.Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.Prior exposure to external audit or audit-related work is preferred.Experience in a trading, distribution, or SME environment is an advantage.Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Xero, SAP Business One, QuickBooks, or similar).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Able to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
