The role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial records, identifying discrepancies, and maintaining compliance with company policies. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent English communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.Duties:• Prepare, analyze, and maintain financial reports and account reconciliations.• Monitor accounts for payable and receivable transactions to ensure accuracy and timely processing.• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.• Review financial records, transactions, and documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.• Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies, trends, and opportunities for process improvement.• Investigate and resolve account-related issues in a timely manner.• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to gather information and address financial inquiries.• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of transactions.• Communicate professionally and effectively in English via email, virtual meetings, and other business channels.• Assist with audits and provide supporting documentation as required.Job Specifications• Education:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.• Experience:- 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a similar analytical role.- Experience working with ERP systems or accounting software.• Skills:- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.- Knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes.- Familiarity with financial controls and compliance requirements.
