The successful candidate will work alongside existing team members and provide coverage when required, while helping improve overall efficiency within the department. This is a full time on-site job at Flic en Flac in Mauritius.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Receivable (AR)

• Prepare and send customer invoices and statements
• Follow up on outstanding balances and collections
• Record incoming payments and reconcile accounts
• Maintain accurate customer recordsAccounts Payable (AP)
• Process supplier invoices and ensure proper documentation
• Prepare and follow up on payments
• Reconcile supplier statements
• Maintain accurate records of payablesGeneral Responsibilities
• Assist with bank reconciliations
• Maintain proper filing and documentation
• Support month-end closing activities
• Provide backup support within the accounts team as needed
• Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as requiredProfile
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• University or Higher Education in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Prior experience in a similar role & familiarity withERP systems (e.g. Odoo)
