The role includes overseeing account setup and maintenance, monitoring transactions, and ensuring accurate records for accounts in the UK, USA, EU, and UAE. The team member will respond to customer inquiries, resolve account-related issues, and provide clear communication on payment processes and policies. Day-to-day work also involves collaborating with internal teams on account improvements, identifying trends through data analysis, and helping enhance the overall customer experience. The position requires consistent adherence to financial regulations and internal controls while working independently in a remote environment.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Account Management and Customer Service skills to support and maintain client relationships effectively.Candidates should possess solid Finance and Analytical Skills to interpret transaction data, identify issues, and ensure accurate account reporting.Candidates should possess clear Communication skills to explain financial concepts, respond to inquiries, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.Relevant experience in banking, fintech, or financial services is beneficial.Ability to work remotely with high attention to detail, integrity, and time management.Familiarity with international payments, compliance, or anti-money laundering (AML) practices is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
