Role: Account Delivery Leader – Strategic Account (BFS)Location: Charlotte, NCCoforge is looking for an accomplished Account Delivery Leader to provide end-to-end leadership for a strategic Banking & Financial Services (BFS) client relationship.This is a senior leadership role for someone who can operate at the intersection of Client Leadership, BFS Domain, Technology Delivery, AI-led Transformation, P&L and Account Growth.We are looking for a leader who goes beyond managing programs and delivery metrics. Someone who understands the client’s business, builds trusted relationships with senior executives, creates a high-performing delivery organization, and continuously identifies opportunities to bring greater value through technology, engineering and AI.The Role:As the Account Delivery Leader, you will be accountable for:Client Leadership: Build trusted relationships with senior business and technology executives, understand their priorities and challenges, and position Coforge as a strategic technology and transformation partner.Delivery Excellence: Own end-to-end delivery across complex, multi-program environments, ensuring strong governance, execution predictability, quality, operational discipline and client satisfaction.Financial & Commercial Ownership: Take accountability for the financial health of the account, with a strong focus on revenue realization, margins, productivity, utilization, cost optimization and overall delivery economics.BFS Domain Leadership: Bring a strong understanding of the Banking & Financial Services ecosystem and connect technology initiatives with the client’s business priorities, operating challenges and transformation agenda.AI-led Transformation: Work with client and Coforge teams to identify opportunities where AI, GenAI and Agentic AI, along with Data, Cloud, Automation and Digital Engineering, can improve engineering productivity, modernize operations and create measurable business value.Global Delivery Leadership: Lead and inspire large, geographically distributed teams across onshore, nearshore and offshore locations, while building a culture of ownership, accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.Talent & Capability Building: Build a strong leadership bench and ensure the account has the right engineering, domain and delivery capabilities to support both current commitments and the client’s evolving technology roadmap.Risk & Governance: Anticipate delivery, financial and relationship risks early, establish proactive governance and create a zero-surprise environment for both the client and Coforge leadership.Strategic Growth: Partner closely with Account, Sales, Consulting, Engineering and Practice teams to identify whitespace opportunities, bring differentiated ideas to the client and convert strong delivery performance into deeper relationships and sustainable account growth.Who We’re Looking For15+ years of experience in IT Services, Technology Consulting or large-scale Technology DeliveryStrong experience leading large and strategic Banking & Financial Services accountsProven success managing complex, multi-program technology environments and global delivery organizationsStrong understanding of P&L, margins, delivery economics and commercial managementExecutive presence with the ability to build credibility with senior client stakeholdersGood understanding of AI/GenAI, Data, Cloud, Digital Engineering and enterprise transformationStrong ability to navigate complex client environments, manage critical escalations and bring structure to challenging situationsA leadership mindset that combines delivery excellence, client intimacy, technology transformation and growthWhat Will Define Success:We are looking for a leader who can make Coforge indispensable to the client by consistently delivering on commitments, understanding their business, bringing forward transformational ideas, building outstanding teams and creating measurable value through technology and AI.Deliver with excellence.
