The team manages the complete project lifecycle, from concept, design, and approvals to on-ground execution and post-event support across Saudi Arabia. Advisors 360 is known for its strong emphasis on compliance, detailed planning, and risk-free execution, working closely with government entities, corporations, and strategic partners. Role Description The Account Director leads key client relationships and ensures the successful commercial and operational delivery of events, exhibitions, brand activations and experiential projects. The role acts as the senior link between the client and Advisors 360, translating objectives into clear internal direction while protecting quality, profitability, timelines and long-term account growth.Key ResponsibiltiesClient Relationship Management• Serve as the senior point of contact for assigned clients and accounts.• Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.• Develop a strong understanding of each client’s business, brand, objectives and decision-making process.• Lead client meetings, presentations, project reviews and post-event evaluations.• Address concerns proactively and maintain a consistently high level of client satisfaction.Account Growth and Business Development• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through new projects, services and strategic initiatives.• Maintain visibility of upcoming client requirements, procurement opportunities and RFPs.• Lead or support the development of proposals, presentations and pitches.• Work with management to establish account plans, revenue targets and growth priorities.• Support new-business development and contribute to winning strategically important accounts.Project Leadership and Delivery• Provide senior oversight from the initial brief through planning, production, execution and project closure.• Translate client requirements into clear, accurate and actionable briefs for internal departments.• Ensure proposed creative and operational solutions meet the client’s objectives.• Monitor timelines, deliverables, approvals and critical milestones.• Anticipate project risks and lead their resolution before delivery is affected.• Attend important site visits, rehearsals and live events when required.Commercial and Financial Management• Take ownership of account revenue, project budgets and profitability.• Review quotations, cost estimates, supplier costs and project margins before submission.• Control scope changes and ensure additional requirements are commercially documented and approved.• Monitor invoicing, payment schedules, collections and outstanding amounts.• Ensure projects are financially closed with accurate reconciliation and supporting documentation.• Balance client expectations with the company’s commercial interests.Internal Coordination• Coordinate effectively with Creative, Design, Production, Operations, Procurement and Finance.• Conduct structured internal briefings and confirm that all departments understand the requirements.• Maintain clear communication and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.• Ensure decisions, revisions and client approvals are properly documented.• Escalate major commercial, operational or client-related risks to management promptly.Team Leadership• Lead, guide and develop Account Managers and Account Executives assigned to the account.• Delegate responsibilities based on project requirements and team capabilities.• Review the quality and accuracy of work before it is shared with clients.• Provide regular coaching, feedback and performance guidance.• Promote ownership, professionalism, collaboration and attention to detail.• Support manpower planning and identify training or recruitment requirements.Quality and Process Compliance• Ensure all client-facing documents, proposals and presentations meet Advisors 360 quality standards.• Maintain accurate project records, budgets, approvals, contracts and correspondence.• Follow internal processes relating to procurement, finance, legal compliance and project closure.• Conduct post-project reviews and document key learnings.• Recommend improvements to account-management and project-delivery processes.QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Event Management or a related field.• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in client servicing, account management, events, exhibitions, advertising or experiential marketing.• At least 3 years of experience in a senior account-management or team-leadership position.• Demonstrated experience managing major clients and complex, high-value projects.• Strong understanding of event planning, creative development, production and onsite execution.• Experience managing project budgets, quotations, profitability and supplier costs.• Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English• Based in Riyadh
