Account Executive

Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with 2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably in the UAE Real Estate,banking,insurance and Hospitality sector. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of bookkeeping, financial reporting, VAT compliance, bank reconciliations, and UAE accounting regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain books of accounts and day-to-day bookkeeping.Record financial transactions, journal entries, and ledger postings.Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).Prepare monthly financial reports and support year-end closing.Prepare and file VAT returns in compliance with UAE FTA regulations.Maintain records for rental income, service charges, hospitality revenue, and expenses.Assist with budgeting, audits, cash flow management, and financial reporting.Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards, IFRS, VAT, Corporate Tax, and applicable financial regulations.Maintain proper financial documentation and internal controls.Required Qualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.2–4 years of accounting experience (UAE experience preferred).Experience in Real Estate and/or Hospitality is an advantage.Proficient in Tally ERP, bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, Microsoft Excel, AP/AR, and General Ledger.Strong knowledge of VAT, UAE Corporate Tax basics, IFRS, and FTA compliance.Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.High attention to detail, accuracy, integrity, and ability to meet deadlines.
