Account Executive

Key ResponsibilitiesManage and process daily financial transactions, including ledger entries, journal vouchers, and expense recordings, primarily utilizing Tally software.Perform comprehensive bank reconciliations on a regular basis to ensure alignment between company financial records and bank statements.Prepare and process payments to vendors and reimbursements for employees, meticulously verifying all supporting documentation.Assist in the preparation and filing of Goods and Services Tax (GST) returns, ensuring timely adherence to all statutory requirements.Calculate, deduct, and deposit Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) for applicable transactions, maintaining strict compliance with regulatory guidelines.Maintain accurate and well-organized financial records, ensuring all documentation is readily available for internal audits and financial reviews.Collaborate with internal teams to investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies, contributing to streamlined financial workflows.Generate various financial reports and summaries from Tally as requested by management for informed decision-making.Requirements2-5 years of demonstrated experience in an accounting or finance-related role.Any graduate degree.Proficiency in Tally software for financial record-keeping and reporting.Solid understanding of fundamental accounting principles and practices.Proven experience in performing bank reconciliations accurately and efficiently.Ability to manage multiple financial tasks with attention to detail.This is an onsite role based in Gurugram.Nice-to-HaveExperience with the calculation, deduction, and filing of Tax Deducted at Source (TDS).Familiarity with Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations and the process of preparing returns.Prior experience working within a technology or cybersecurity industry environment.Aptitude for analyzing financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.Stay updated on our latest job openings and industry insights by following us on LinkedIn: eSec Forte® Technologies!
