ABOUT GURUSOFTGuruSoft is a SaaS company specialized in electronic invoicing and digital tax compliance, with an established presence across Latin America, Spain, and France, and now actively expanding into the UAE and Oman.THE ROLEWe're hiring an Account Executive to build GuruSoft's commercial presence in the UAE from the ground up. This is a true market-opening role: you'll be one of the first commercial hires in the region, laying the foundation for GuruSoft's growth as the UAE moves toward mandatory e-invoicing under the Federal Tax Authority (FTA), with go-live in January 2027.This role is built for someone who genuinely enjoys hunting: identifying prospects, opening cold conversations, building a network from scratch, and turning opportunities into signed clients. You'll work with full autonomy across the entire sales cycle, reporting directly to commercial leadership based in Latin America.No prior experience in electronic invoicing is required — we provide training on our product and the UAE's regulatory framework.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES- Actively prospect new clients (cold calling, cold emailing, social selling, professional networking)- Build a structured sales pipeline from zero in a new market- Lead product demos, proposal presentations, and negotiation cycles- Explore and develop partnership opportunities with SAP consulting firms and system integrators active in the region- Provide regular reporting on commercial activityWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR- 4-6 years of B2B business development experience, with hands-on experience in prospecting, proposal presentation, and negotiation- SaaS sales experience required- Real, demonstrable cold-prospecting experience- Native Arabic and fluent, high-level English required- Spanish is a plus- Strong autonomy and fast learning ability- Familiarity with technical concepts (integrations, communication protocols) is a plus- CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plusWHAT WE OFFER- A high-autonomy, market-opening role with direct impact on GuruSoft's UAE expansion- A direct and regular line to commercial leadership- Training on our product and the UAE regulatory framework for electronic invoicing
