Accountant & Project Finance ExecutiveExperience: 3–5 YearsEmployment Type: Full-TimeLocation: Dwarka, DelhiCompensation: Industry-standard package, commensurate with experienceAbout the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant & Project Finance Executive with 3–5 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, statutory compliance, MIS reporting, reconciliations, and project costing. The candidate should be proficient in Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel, capable of independently managing accounting operations, and confident in coordinating with auditors, vendors, and project teams.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, journal entries, ledgers, and financial records.Handle GST and TDS compliance, including calculations, reconciliations, filings, and documentation.Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.Prepare MIS reports, financial reports, expense statements, and management reports.Track project-wise costs, budgets, expenses, billing, receivables, and profitability.Support project teams with cost monitoring, financial analysis, and budget tracking.Manage accounts payable and receivable and monitor outstanding payments.Coordinate with auditors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams.Support month-end/year-end closing and audit requirements.Identify discrepancies and ensure timely resolution and accurate financial records.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance.Hands-on experience with Tally ERP/Tally Prime.Strong understanding of GST, TDS, bookkeeping, and reconciliations.Good knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.Experience with project costing or project-based accounting is preferred.Strong attention to detail, numerical ability, and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Good communication and coordination skills.Preferred ExperienceExperience in technology, engineering, defence, infrastructure, consulting, or project-based organisations will be an advantage.CompensationIndustry-standard package, based on experience, skills, and suitability for the role.
