We are a fast-growing startup expanding rapidly across NCR.About the Role:We are looking for a sharp, organised, and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our core team. This is a ground-floor opportunity at a startup — you will own the entire finance function and work directly with the Founder.What You Will Own:Daily bookkeeping — every transaction recorded accurately in Zoho BooksGST filing — monthly returns, input tax credit reconciliation, complianceSupplier payment management — track outstanding payments, coordinate timely clearanceSalary processing — monthly payroll for all team members on timeGST invoice generation — professional invoices for all B2B customersWeekly P&L report — simple one-page financial summary every MondayCash flow tracking — monitor runway, flag concerns proactivelyInvestor reporting — monthly update for investors covering financials and key metricsBank reconciliation — weekly reconciliation of all transactionsExpense management — track and categorise all business expensesWhat We Are Looking For:1-3 years experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financeProficient in Tally ERP and Zoho — mandatoryWorking knowledge of GST — filing, ITC, complianceExperience with invoice management and supplier paymentsOrganised, detail-oriented, and proactive — doesn't wait to be askedComfortable working in a fast-paced startup environmentGurugram based — must be able to work from our office dailyB.Com or M.Com graduate preferredWhat You Get:Salary: ₹20,000-30,000/month based on experienceGround floor opportunity at a, fast-growing startupDirect working relationship with Founder & CEOPerformance bonus as company scalesOpportunity to grow into Finance Manager as team expandsTo Apply:Send your CV mehar@buildzap.in with subject line: Accounts Executive — BuildZap
