We’re an independently owned, full-service creative marketing agency with offices in Dubai and Sydney, delivering brand experiences for some of the world’s most recognised names, from global activations and luxury events to travel retail installations, trade show and expo builds, large-scale consumer experiences and permanent hospitality fit-outs.THE ROLEThis is a hands-on role for someone looking to build their career in experiential and brand marketing. You’ll work alongside our Account Managers and senior team across a diverse portfolio of clients, supporting projects from initial brief through to final delivery.You’ll be involved in the detail: supporting the preparation of proposals and presentations, coordinating suppliers, helping manage timelines and budgets, and getting on the ground to support the delivery of projects. As your experience grows, so will your responsibility and client exposure.Key responsibilities include:Supporting the development and delivery of experiential campaigns, brand activations, events and shopper marketing programmes across on and off-trade channelsBuilding strong day-to-day relationships with clients and responding to requests accurately and efficientlySupporting Account Managers in taking client briefs and translating them into clear internal briefs for creative, design, production and digital teamsCoordinating projects from brief through to delivery, including timelines, quotations, supplier liaison, logistics and project documentationPreparing client reports, meeting notes and other project materialsSupporting project budgets, tracking costs and assisting with final reconciliationLiaising with suppliers and production partners to obtain quotations, samples, specifications and production updatesSupporting event and activation delivery on-site, including installations, live events and de-rigsKeeping project information organised and ensuring deadlines, approvals and outstanding actions are actively followed upWorking closely with the wider account, creative and production teams to ensure projects are delivered to a consistently high standardWHO YOU AREYou’re organised, proactive and genuinely interested in how brand experiences are created and delivered.You enjoy working in a fast-moving environment and aren’t afraid to get involved in the detail. You take ownership of your responsibilities, follow things through and ask questions when you need to. You’re equally comfortable working on a presentation in the office as you are being on-site helping a project come together.You’re ambitious, commercially aware and looking for an opportunity where you can learn quickly, take on increasing responsibility and build towards managing projects and accounts of your own.WHAT YOU’LL BRING1–2 years of relevant experience within an experiential, events, activation, shopper marketing or integrated marketing agencySome experience supporting the delivery of events, activations or integrated campaigns from brief through to executionStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsConfidence communicating with clients, suppliers and internal teamsStrong attention to detail, particularly across budgets, timelines and project documentationA basic understanding of project budgets and supplier quotations, with an interest in developing stronger commercial skillsA practical, solutions-focused approach and willingness to get involved on-siteStrong PowerPoint, Excel and general Microsoft Office skillsA positive, collaborative attitude and the confidence to take ownership rather than wait to be told what to do
