Account Executive

We are looking hands-on experience in accounting operations to join our Shared Services Team in Thane.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and prepare accurate books of accounts.Prepare Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statements and other financial reports.Handle day-to-day accounting activities using Tally and Zoho Books.Assist with GST and TDS compliances.Prepare accounting reports and MIS using MS Excel.Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting activities.Coordinate with clients and internal teams for accounting-related requirements.Required SkillsHands-on experience in Tally & Zoho Books.Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.Basic knowledge of GST & TDS provisions.Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.Good communication skills in English.Advanced Excel and SAP/Oracle/other ERP knowledge will be an added advantage.Important RequirementCandidate should be willing to work at client locations across Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR).Willingness to travel outside Mumbai whenever required is essential.Candidates from Central Line (Ghatkopar–Kalyan) and Navi Mumbai are preferred.Candidates should be comfortable commuting to our Thane office.Why Join Us?40+ years of professional excellenceTop 20 CA FirmProfessional and growth-oriented work environmentExposure to MNC clients and diverse accounting assignmentsLearning and career growth opportunitiesAbout the Firm Bhuta Shah & Co.
