Employment Type: Internship / Full-Time InternshipDuration: 3–6 MonthsReporting To: Accounts Manager / Finance HeadAbout the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive Intern to support our Finance & Accounts team in day-to-day accounting operations.

The intern will gain practical exposure to accounting processes, financial documentation, invoicing, reconciliations, taxation-related documentation, and MIS reporting.This role is ideal for a B.Com, M.Com, BBA (Finance), MBA (Finance) student/fresher who wants to build practical experience in accounting and finance.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.Record and maintain sales, purchase, receipt, payment and journal entries.Assist in preparing and processing invoices, bills, vouchers and payment documents.Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.Assist with bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.Support the accounts team in monitoring receivables and payables.Assist in preparing basic MIS reports and financial statements.Verify invoices, bills and supporting documents for accuracy.Assist with GST, TDS and other statutory documentation under the guidance of senior team members.Coordinate with internal departments for collection of bills, invoices and supporting documents.Assist in maintaining employee-related financial records such as reimbursement and expense statements.Support month-end and year-end accounting activities.Perform data entry and maintain accuracy of financial information in accounting software and Excel.Carry out any other finance and accounting activities assigned by the reporting manager.Required SkillsBasic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.Familiarity with Tally / Tally Prime will be an advantage.Basic understanding of GST and TDS is desirable.Good numerical and analytical ability.Attention to detail and accuracy.Good communication and coordination skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.Educational QualificationPreferred:B.Com / M.ComBBA / MBA – FinanceAny equivalent qualification in Accounting or FinanceExperience: Freshers / students with relevant academic knowledge are encouraged to apply.Key Learning OpportunitiesDuring the internship, the candidate will gain practical exposure to:Corporate accounting processesTally and accounting softwareGST & TDS documentationInvoice and payment managementBank and ledger reconciliationAccounts receivable and payableMIS and financial reportingExcel-based financial analysisProfessional finance & accounts operationsPerformance ExpectationsThe intern is expected to demonstrate:Accuracy in accounting entries and documentationTimely completion of assigned tasksProfessional discipline and punctualityConfidentiality and integrityWillingness to learnEffective coordination with the Finance & Accounts teamOpportunity After InternshipBased on performance, learning ability, accuracy and organizational requirements, the internship may lead to an opportunity for a full-time Accounts Executive / Junior Accounts Executive position.Ideal Candidate: A sincere, detail-oriented and career-focused fresher who wants to develop a strong foundation in accounting and corporate finance.
