We bring together the expertise and reach of an established agency with the ambition and entrepreneurial spirit of a growing team.The OpportunityWe are looking for a curious, proactive and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our MENA team, combining hands-on data analysis with client servicing and account management.You will work on major regional and international accounts, helping clients understand the performance and value of their sports events and sponsorship portfolios. Working closely with experienced colleagues, you will contribute to client relationships and take on increasing responsibility for day-to-day account management as your experience grows.The role will focus on media analysis and sponsorship data, with work spanning media evaluation, sponsorship reporting, social listening, economic impact analysis and sponsorship rights valuation.The role would suit someone who enjoys getting beneath the numbers, asking thoughtful questions and understanding the bigger picture. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys building relationships and brings ideas about how we can make our work better.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the day-to-day management of major client accounts, helping coordinate project requirements, timelines and deliverables.Gather, review and analyse media, audience and sponsorship data, identifying meaningful findings and their relevance to clients.Contribute to reports and presentations, turning complex information into clear insights and practical recommendations.Communicate with clients, participate in meetings and help build positive relationships through responsive, reliable account support.Take ownership of agreed tasks, working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver accurate, high-quality work on time.Contribute ideas and explore new tools and approaches that improve the quality and efficiency of our work.Who We’re Looking ForYou will ideally have 1 to 3 years’ relevant or transferable experience in data analysis, media analysis, sponsorship measurement, insights or a related field. You should be comfortable working with data, identifying meaningful findings and communicating these through clear reports and presentations.A genuine interest in sport, media and sponsorship is important. Previous experience in the sector would be an advantage, but is not essential.We are particularly looking for someone who brings:Analytical curiosity: enjoys solving problems, questioning assumptions and understanding why results look the way they do.Commercial awareness: takes an interest in clients’ objectives and how analysis and insights can support better decisions.An interest in account management: enjoys building relationships, understanding clients’ needs and taking responsibility for delivering a positive client experience.Ownership and high standards: takes pride in getting the details right, manages priorities, works independently and follows through.Excellent written and verbal English: able to explain findings clearly, produce well-written reports and presentations, and communicate confidently with colleagues and clients.An interest in AI and new technology: curious about developments, willing to experiment and thoughtful about how new tools could improve everyday work.Confidence with Excel and PowerPoint: comfortable analysing information and contributing to well-presented reports and presentations.Desirable Skills and ExperienceThe following would be an advantage, but are not essential:An understanding of Python and SQL for preparing, querying and analysing data.Familiarity with data visualisation tools, such as Power BI or Tableau.Experience working with dashboards to present findings and track performance.Previous client-servicing or account management experience.A willingness to learn, think independently and put new ideas into practice is important.
