In this position, the specialist will manage a portfolio of brand and influencer accounts, serving as the primary point of contact to ensure smooth collaboration and high customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include onboarding new clients, understanding their campaign objectives, coordinating with influencers, monitoring campaign performance, and addressing inquiries or issues promptly. The role also involves analyzing account activity and feedback to improve service quality, preparing reports and updates, and working closely with internal teams to optimize platform features and user experience. The specialist will be expected to maintain organized records of agreements, timelines, and payments while building long-term, trust-based relationships with clients.Qualifications Strong Account Management and Customer Service skills to manage multiple clients and ensure a positive experience.Excellent Communication abilities, including clear verbal and written communication in professional settings.Analytical Skills to interpret account data, campaign performance, and customer feedback and provide actionable insights.Focus on Customer Satisfaction, with a proactive approach to understanding needs, resolving issues, and enhancing relationships.Experience in influencer marketing, digital platforms, or related fields is an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Riyadh with strong organizational and time management skills.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline preferred.Proficiency with CRM tools and basic data reporting; Arabic and English language skills are highly beneficial.
