Our mission is to deliver exceptional services tailored to meet the expectations of dental professionals and their patients.Role DescriptionThis is an on-site, full-time role for an Account Manager, based in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Account Executive will manage client accounts, build strong client relationships, and develop new leads while maintaining exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, understanding customer needs, ensuring client satisfaction, and meeting or exceeding sales goals. The candidate will also collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.Key Responsibilities:● Establishing interest and qualifying potential leads by understanding their needs and matching them with appropriate solutions.● Conducting cold calls to targeted prospects to introduce ITXPROS' services & products.● Scheduling meetings and product demos for account managers to further engage with qualified prospects.● Meeting and exceeding daily and monthly quotas for calls made, leads generated, and meetings scheduled.● Researching new prospects and opportunities within the dental industry.●Maintaining accurate and detailed records of call logs and scheduled appointments in the CRM.● Following up with potential leads to nurture relationships and engage them in the sales pipeline.● Collaborating with account managers to ensure a seamless experience for qualified leads.● Staying informed about industry trends, competitive products, and developments.● Providing feedback to the sales team on the effectiveness of outreach and prospect responses.Qualifications:● Bachelor's degree.● Previous experience in a sales or lead generation role is a plus.● Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.● Strong persuasive skills and the ability to handle rejection.● Goal-oriented with a solid drive to meet and exceed targets.● Ability to perform research and identify new business opportunities.● High level of self-motivation, energy, and a positive attitude.● Ability to work as part of a team.Benefits:● Competitive salary, uncapped commissions, and annual bonuses in US dollars.● Comprehensive medical and social insurance coverage.● Annual Gym Membership.● Enjoy a casual work environment that promotes creativity and collaboration.● Be part of an exceptional community of talented individuals.You can apply here or send your resume to careers@itxpros.com and be a part of the journey!
