Team members contribute directly to shaping distinctive, convenient, and reliable stays for diverse guests.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Mumbai. The Account Manager will oversee relationships with property owners and partners, ensuring clear communication, timely support, and mutually beneficial outcomes. Daily responsibilities include coordinating bookings and availability, managing inquiries and escalations, and monitoring property performance across platforms. The role involves collaborating with operations, sales, and marketing teams to optimize occupancy, pricing, and guest experience, while maintaining accurate records and reports. The Account Manager will also identify opportunities for portfolio growth, support onboarding of new properties, and help implement service standards that align with EKOSTAY’s hospitality goals.Salary - 55,000/- to 65,000/-Lead, mentor, and manage a team ensuring performance, accountability, and efficiency.Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll, reconciliations, and closures.Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.Take complete ownership of GST, TDS, income tax, and all statutory compliances, ensuring zero delays or penalties.Drive internal financial controls, process standardization, and SOP implementation across the organization.Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management to maintain financial stability.Review revenue streams, property-level profitability, and cost structures to improve margins.Oversee owner payouts, revenue share models, and financial reconciliations across properties.Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and banking partners for audits and financial structuring.Provide strategic financial insights and reports directly to the founders/leadership team.Strengthen financial systems to support scalability and expansion.Required Qualifications & SkillsStrong command over taxation, statutory compliance, and audit processes.Proficiency in Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks or similar ERP systems.Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills.Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational abilities.High integrity, ownership mindset, and ability to work in a fast-scaling environment.
