Elitepro fosters a collaborative environment where team members contribute to a dynamic world of celebrations and impactful campaigns.Role Description The Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dammam, responsible for managing client relationships across events, advertising, and branding projects. Day-to-day tasks include understanding client requirements, preparing proposals, coordinating project timelines, and ensuring deliverables meet agreed-upon expectations. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams to oversee event logistics, creative concepts, and campaign execution, while monitoring budgets and maintaining clear, consistent communication with clients. The Account Manager will also identify opportunities to expand client accounts, address issues proactively, and support overall customer satisfaction and retention.Qualifications Strong client relationship management and customer service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.Experience in event coordination or event management, including planning, scheduling, and on-site supervision of activities.Background in advertising, branding, or marketing, with an understanding of campaign development and execution.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, both in-person and in written formats.Solid organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency in common office and collaboration tools; familiarity with project management software is an advantage.Prior experience in agency or event industry environments is preferred.Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is beneficial.
