Simplending Financial emphasizes reliable, tailored lending options designed to meet the needs of both new and experienced real estate investors.Role Description The Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Houston, TX. This role is responsible for managing relationships with real estate investor clients, serving as their primary point of contact throughout the lending process. Day-to-day tasks include assessing client needs, gathering financial and property information, coordinating with underwriting and operations teams, and tracking deal progress to closing. The Account Manager will follow up on leads, prepare and present loan options, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and ensure timely communication with clients and internal stakeholders. The role also involves monitoring existing accounts, identifying opportunities for additional financing solutions, and supporting continuous improvement in client service and process efficiency.Qualifications Client relationship management and customer service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.Sales, negotiation, and lead follow-up skills, including experience presenting financial products or services to clients.Basic financial analysis, lending, or real estate investment knowledge, with the ability to understand loan structures and risk factors.Organizational and time-management skills, including proficiency with CRM systems and attention to detail in documentation.Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex lending terms in accessible language.Ability to work on-site in Houston, TX, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.Prior experience in private lending, real estate finance, banking, or related fields is preferred but not required.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related discipline is beneficial; relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
