We’re Hiring: Senior Account Manager – Exhibitions, Events & Brand ExperienceLocation: UAE / Saudi ArabiaEmployment Type: Full-TimeAvailability: Immediate Joining PreferredBuild Up is looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager with a strong background in the exhibitions, events, conferences, experiential marketing, brand experience, and exhibition design & build industry.The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing and growing key client accounts, particularly with government entities, semi-government organizations, major corporations, agencies, and institutional clients across the UAE and/or Saudi Arabia.This role requires someone who can act as the main commercial and client-facing point of contact, understand client objectives, coordinate internally across multiple departments, identify opportunities within existing accounts, and ensure strong long-term client relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and develop a portfolio of key accounts across the UAE and/or Saudi Arabia.Build strong relationships with government and semi-government entities, ministries, authorities, major corporations, agencies, and key decision-makers.Manage client requirements across:Exhibitions and exhibition standsLarge-scale pavilionsEvents and conferencesBrand experiencesExperiential activationsTurnkey exhibition design & buildIntegrated event production solutionsAct as the primary point of contact throughout the client relationship and project lifecycle.Understand client briefs, objectives, budgets, timelines, and commercial requirements.Coordinate closely with Creative, Design, Estimation, Production, Operations, and Project Management teams.Manage proposals, presentations, quotations, RFPs, RFQs, tenders, and commercial submissions.Identify upselling, cross-selling, and account growth opportunities.Support contract negotiations and ensure strong commercial outcomes.Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention.Build long-term relationships that generate repeat business and account growth.Monitor market activity and identify new opportunities within existing and strategic accounts.Required QualificationsMinimum 7+ years of relevant account management, client servicing, business development, or commercial experience within the exhibitions, events, conferences, experiential, or brand experience industry.Strong and recent experience managing major client accounts in the UAE and/or Saudi Arabia.Proven experience dealing directly with government and semi-government entities.Strong understanding of exhibitions, pavilions, conferences, events, experiential activations, brand experiences, and turnkey design & build projects.Proven ability to manage multiple high-value clients and complex projects simultaneously.Strong experience with RFPs, tenders, commercial proposals, presentations, budgeting, negotiations, and contract management.Strong UAE and/or Saudi Arabia market knowledge.Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, stakeholder-management, and relationship-building skills.Ability to engage confidently with senior government representatives, executives, procurement teams, marketing teams, agencies, and key decision-makers.Must be available to join immediately or within a very short notice period.Preferred BackgroundStrong background with established exhibition, event, experiential, conference, or brand experience companiesin the UAE and/or Saudi Arabia.Proven experience managing accounts for government ministries, authorities, semi-government entities, major national organizations, and large corporations.Established network of clients and key decision-makers within the UAE and/or Saudi Arabia.Demonstrated success in client retention, account growth, repeat business, upselling, and cross-selling.Strong commercial mindset with a proven ability to protect client relationships while growing account revenue.📩 Interested candidates:Please send your updated CV to careers@buildup.ae#Hiring #SeniorAccountManager #AccountManagement #ClientServicing #Exhibitions #Events #Conferences #BrandExperience #ExperientialMarketing #UAEJobs #SaudiJobs
