An opportunity has arisen for an Account Manager to join an established Data Centres recruitment agency, specialising in staffing the design, build and maintenance of Data Centres across the UK and Europe.The Account Manager will be joining an extremely warm desk, with multiple key clients and they will play a crucial role in supporting the ambitions to grow this further.This is a fantastic opportunity for any consultant looking to change market - no experience in Data Centres is required, though White Collar Engineering would be of benefit.The Account Manager will have experience in the following -Recruiting within the Data Centre market OR a related/similar marketAccount Management or 360 recruitment experienceManaging relationships with existing clients to maximise job flow, whilst helping to ensure jobs are prioritised and filled in a timely mannerConsulting clients and pushing back where appropriate, to ensure their expectations are managed and met.CommissionNo ThresholdUp to 35%Average deal size of c.£15,000Should role suit your experience, please apply directly or reach out to Ben Hutton at Benchmark Staffing Solutions.
