Started in 2014 by sisters Gini and Eccie Newton, from their home kitchen, cooking and cycling food across London each morning, we now deliver over 1,000 meals daily across the city, catering for incredible clients such as Salesforce, Airbnb, Amazon, Spotify and many more. We finish at 4 pm on Friday year-round, and the kitchen makes us lunch every day to enjoy together.What we're looking for:We are looking for a proven track record in sales and account management, someone who is confident in building relationships and managing large accounts, whilst being revenue-driven. Ideally, we'd like a few years of account management and sales experience, especially in B2B product sales or customer success.Build and manage top-notch accounts. From identifying potential new growth clients and pitching our services to them to growing existing clients. Organisation and attention to detail are key for this part of the job.Relationship builder. This part of the job is all about getting out and about in front of people. We’re looking for someone with some real hustle here who can have fun making new connections.Manage and expand your accounts each quarter. Our business is based on return customers ordering weekly. We have great relationships with our clients, and you’ll grow your own network of office and community managers who rely on you for all their catering needs. If you can sort their problems, from peanut allergies to break-up traumas, you’re who we’re looking for.Build and execute different packages for a range of clients. Create bespoke proposals tailored to the client brief. Work with the kitchen, operations and events team to execute the best events for your clients.Requirements 3+ years of sales experience consistently smashing targetsResearch: understanding the long-standing F&B market and where there are revenue opportunities. Ability to identify, build, and manage a pipeline of diversified leads from various channels.A strong communicator with the ability to work with and build lasting relationships with many different types of people across a broad spectrum of business types.A highly self-motivated individual with the ability to think strategically and work autonomously.New Business: Although a huge part of the job is account management, closing new business will help you build strong new accounts. It is about winning large enterprise accounts and capturing the booming opportunity markets.
