Team members collaborate closely with clients from diverse industries, contributing to a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.Role Description The Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This position is responsible for managing client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact, and ensuring that business setup and growth services are delivered effectively and on schedule. Day-to-day tasks include understanding client needs, coordinating with internal teams, preparing proposals and service plans, tracking project progress, and resolving issues promptly. The Account Manager will also support client onboarding, maintain accurate records and documentation, provide regular status updates, and identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services. Collaboration with operations, legal, and marketing teams is essential to maintain high client satisfaction and contribute to Establishy’s growth in the UAE market.QualificationsDemonstrated client relationship management skills, including stakeholder communication, expectation setting, and issue resolution.Experience in account management, project coordination, or customer success, preferably within business services, consulting, or a related field.Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic or additional languages is an advantage.Understanding of business setup processes, licensing, or regulatory environments in the UAE, or the ability to learn these quickly.Proficiency with CRM systems and productivity tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, project management or ticketing platforms).Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and contribute to process improvement and service quality.Prior experience working in Dubai or the wider UAE market is a plus.
