Account Manager

Seven Force MENA is looking for an experienced Account Manager - Clients Servicing to join our Kuwait team. The ideal candidate will manage client relationships and coordinate creative, digital, social media, production, campaigns, and events from brief to final delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day communication and relationships with assigned clients.Understand clients’ businesses, brands, objectives, target audiences, and requirements.Translate client requirements into clear creative and internal briefs.Coordinate with creative, social media, digital, production, and other internal teams.Manage social media calendars, campaigns, content approvals, and client feedback.Coordinate creative campaigns from concept development through execution and adaptation.Manage photo/video shoots, including briefs, schedules, client coordination, and production requirements.Support and coordinate events, exhibitions, activations, launches, and on-ground campaigns, including pre-event planning, creative requirements, production, coverage, and post-event content.Manage project timelines, deliverables, approvals, revisions, and deadlines.Review designs, content, videos, presentations, and other materials before client submission.Prepare client presentations, reports, meeting notes, and status updates.Monitor account scope and identify additional business opportunities where relevant.Maintain strong client satisfaction, retention, and professional communication.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.3–5 years of Account Management experience, preferably within an advertising, creative, or digital agency.Strong understanding of social media, branding, campaigns, content production, and events.Excellent communication, presentation, organization, and client-servicing skills.Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.Fluent in Arabic and English.Kuwait/GCC agency or market experience is an advantage.What We’re Looking ForWe are looking for someone who can own the account, not simply coordinate tasks — someone proactive, organized, client-focused, commercially aware, and comfortable managing everything from social media and creative campaigns to productions and events.Seven Force MENACREATIVE.
