We develop data-driven strategies, campaigns and content grounded in consumer psychology, for a broad range of development institutions and private-sector organisations.Position Overview We are seeking a highly organised, client-focused Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of client accounts. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact between clients and our internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standard, on time and in line with agreed objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary point of contact for assigned client accountsLead client onboarding and set clear expectations on scope, deliverables and timelinesTranslate client requirements into structured briefs for the strategy, creative and production teamsMonitor project progress, content calendars, production schedules and approval workflowsEnsure all deliverables meet quality standards and contractual commitmentsPrepare and present progress updates, performance reports and client meeting materialsManage client feedback and resolve issues efficiently and professionallyBuild long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for account growthCoordinate invoicing and payment follow-ups with the finance departmentQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related fieldAt least two years of experience in account management, client relations or project coordination, in any industryExcellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and EnglishStrong organisational, time-management and multitasking abilitiesProven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing prioritiesProfessional, proactive and solution-orientedPreferred QualificationsPrevious experience in a marketing, advertising or creative agencyWorking knowledge of digital and social media platformsProficiency in project management toolsWhat We OfferA collaborative and professional working environmentExposure to strategic marketing and consumer psychologyThe opportunity to work with leading institutions and brandsClear opportunities for professional growthHow to Apply Interested candidates should apply through LinkedIn or submit their CV to HR@ManderaMarketing.com.
