Account Manager – EventsEvolution EventsDubai, UAE | Full-time | On-siteAbout Evolution EventsEvolution Events is a full-service event management agency with more than 20 years of experience delivering corporate events, gala dinners, conferences, product launches, brand activations and hybrid experiences.About the RoleWe’re looking for an Events Account Manager who can build strong client relationships and manage projects from the initial brief through to final delivery.You will develop proposals, coordinate with creative and production teams, support pitches and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the client’s expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage client relationships and communicationsReview briefs, RFQs and RFPsPrepare proposals, presentations, budgets and timelinesCoordinate with creative, production, technical and supplier teamsSupport pitches, concepts and new-business opportunitiesManage approvals, venues, suppliers and project costsOversee event setup, live delivery and dismantlingResolve challenges and keep stakeholders informedIdentify opportunities to grow client accountsComplete post-event reporting and follow-upWhat We’re Looking For3+ Experience in events, account management or project management is preferredFresh graduates are also welcome to applyStrong communication and client-servicing skillsGood organisation and attention to detailAbility to manage budgets, suppliers and deadlinesCommercial mindset with an interest in business developmentProactive, eager to learn and willing to take ownershipCalm and solutions-focused under pressureProficiency in Microsoft Office, Working With AI, Presentation skills & similar toolsUAE events experience and a driving licence are advantagesWorking HoursStandard office hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
