Account Manager - Integrated Facilities Management (IFM)

At EFS Facilities Services, we are looking for an experienced and client-focused Account Manager - Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) to lead the delivery of facilities management services across a prestigious multi-site portfolio in India. This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence, contractual compliance, stakeholder satisfaction, financial performance, and continuous improvement while serving as the primary interface between EFS and the client.Role OverviewThe Account Manager will be responsible for managing EFS's facilities management partnership across a large multi-location portfolio, ensuring seamless delivery of hard and soft services, strong client engagement, and operational excellence. The role requires a seasoned facilities management professional with expertise in building systems, asset management, maintenance strategies, vendor management, financial oversight, and stakeholder relationship management. Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for the client and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction and service deliveryLead the end-to-end delivery of integrated facilities management services across multiple locationsEnsure compliance with contractual obligations, service standards, SLAs, KPIs, and governance requirementsDrive operational excellence through effective management of hard and soft servicesOversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other critical building systems to ensure asset reliability and operational efficiencyDevelop and implement proactive, preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance strategiesDrive asset management initiatives to maximise asset lifecycle, equipment performance, and business continuityMonitor and leverage BMS, CAFM, and other operational systems to enhance reporting and operational performanceLead vendor and contractor management activities, ensuring quality, compliance, and cost optimisationManage budgets, cost control initiatives, financial planning, and account profitabilityPrepare and review financial reports while supporting effective P&L managementCollaborate with internal stakeholders to drive service improvements, innovation, and operational efficiencySupport sustainability, energy management, and continuous improvement initiatives across the portfolioLead, coach, and develop operational teams while promoting a culture of accountability and high performance What We’re Looking ForMinimum 10-12 years of experience in Facilities Management, Integrated Facilities Management, or Operations Management environmentsAt least 4-5 years of experience managing large facilities management accounts or portfolios at a managerial levelStrong understanding of building systems, asset management, maintenance planning, and facilities operationsHands-on expertise in HVAC systems with good knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and overall building servicesExperience implementing preventive, predictive, proactive, and reactive maintenance programmesStrong stakeholder management, customer service, and relationship-building capabilitiesExperience managing vendors, contractors, and cross-functional operational teamsStrong commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, financial reporting, and P&L managementExcellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsExperience managing multi-site operations within corporate, commercial, retail, hospitality, healthcare, or facilities management environments will be highly preferredEducational QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognised institutionProfessional certifications such as FMP, CFM, PMP, or equivalent will be an added advantageWhy Join EFS Facilities Services?Be part of a leading global facilities management organisationManage a strategic, high-profile client portfolioDrive operational excellence and service innovation across multiple locationsWork closely with senior leadership and key stakeholdersDynamic, collaborative, and growth-oriented work environment LocationMumbai
