Account Manager / Project Manager

The RoleWe're looking for an Account Manager / Project Manager to own client relationships and project delivery from first call to final walkthrough. This isn't a hand-off role - you manage the client and the execution, so you're equally comfortable in a client meeting and a production timeline reviewWhat You'll DoManage client relationships from pitch through post-event wrap-upOwn project timelines, budgets, and resourcing across creative, technical, and production teamsPrepare proposals and scopes of work, then make sure what was promised gets builtRun point on-site during activations, solving problems in real timeTrack project profitability and flag risks earlyGrow existing accounts, not just service themWhat You Bring3+ years in account or project management, ideally events, experiential, or a creative agencyComfortable owning multiple projects at once without losing detail on any of themStrong written and verbal communication - able to speak client and production in the same afternoonOrganized under pressure, especially close to an eventBased in or able to relocate to DubaiArabic a plus, not required
