About UsMBTech is a leading provider of hospitality supply chain management software, committed to driving efficiency and innovation across every stage of the supply chain. We're looking for a dynamic, results-driven Account Manager — with a background in software development and project management — to own key client and supplier relationships while leading integration activities with third-party platforms through a range of integration tools and complex system implementations, scaling from a handful of sites to hundreds, and working at all levels with clients to define standards and best practice across the group.Role OverviewThis is a hybrid role combining account management with hands-on technical project leadership. As Account Manager, you will be the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of key supplier and client accounts — building trust, driving satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth — while also leading projects implementing an enterprise procurement environment serving multiple clients across various geographies, with integration to other ERPs, to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy across the platform.Key Responsibilities•     Account Management & Client Relationships: Own a portfolio of key supplier and client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact, building trusted relationships, and identifying opportunities for account growth and retention.•     Project Leadership: Plan, execute and deliver implementation timelines, resource analysis, and pre- and post-go-live deliverables and success factor criteria.•     Process Improvement: Identify and implement changes to procurement processes, system functionality, configuration, data, workflows and user practices to reduce manual effort, errors, cost and processing time while improving efficiency, compliance, control, data quality and user experience.•     Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with development, sales and IT teams to ensure delivery stays aligned with organisational goals and client expectations.•     Risk Management: Proactively identify risks across both the commercial account and technical project fronts, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure success.•     Reporting: Develop and present account performance updates, progress reports, KPIs and project outcomes to clients and senior management. What We're Looking For•     Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).•     3–5 years' experience spanning account management and software project management, ideally including hands-on software development experience.•     Experience in hospitality supply chain management software is a distinct advantage.•     Strong understanding of pricing and invoicing processes.•     Clear understanding of the software development lifecycle, ideally with a hands-on development background, and strong analytical skills to translate client queries into development-ready specifications and follow through to production implementation.•     Well-versed in AI tools, with the ability to spearhead new initiatives.•     Technical fluency — comfortable working alongside developers on integrations (APIs, OCR, EDI) and able to translate technical detail clearly for clients and stakeholders.•     Proficiency with project management tools.•     Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.•     Project Management certification is a strong advantage. Why Join MBTechJoin a growing team at the forefront of hospitality supply chain technology, where you'll combine client relationship ownership with meaningful, hands-on project delivery — shaping how suppliers and clients connect with our platform. How to ApplyIf you're a relationship-driven professional with a technical project management background and a passion for supply chain innovation, we'd love to hear from you.
