The Account Manager will act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understand their staffing and business requirements, coordinate with internal recruitment teams, ensure timely fulfillment of requirements, and identify opportunities for account growth.The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the US staffing/IT services industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and experience managing US-based clients and stakeholders.Job DescriptionLead end-to-end staffing delivery for U.S. clients across Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Direct Hire requirementsDrive SLA-based performance by ensuring quality submissions, quick turnaround time, and consistent closuresMonitor and manage daily recruiter activities including sourcing, screening, submissions, interviews, and placementsPrioritize requirements and allocate resources effectively across key accounts to maximize delivery outcomesEnsure high-quality candidate screening, technical validation, and process complianceTrack and improve key delivery metrics such as submission ratios, interview-to-hire ratios, and recruiter productivityProvide continuous coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to recruiters and team leads.Resolve client escalations, delivery challenges, and bottlenecks with proactive and solution-oriented approachesCollaborate with sales and account managers to align delivery strategies with client expectations and business goalsContribute to delivery planning, pipeline building, and proactive talent mapping for critical and recurring rolesOversee complete night shift floor operations to ensure smooth functioning of delivery teamsMonitor employee attendance, punctuality, and adherence to shift discipline and organizational policiesMaintain high levels of employee engagement, productivity, and morale during night operationsAct as the primary escalation point for employee concerns, operational issues, and shift-related challengesCoordinate with HR, Admin, IT, and leadership to ensure uninterrupted operations and optimal utilization of resourcesDesired Candidate Profile7+ years of experience in U.S. Staffing Delivery / Recruitment Operations, with at least 3+ years in a managerial leadership roleStrong experience managing large night-shift recruitment / staffing teamsProven floor operations leadership experience in staffing or delivery environmentsDeep understanding of U.S. staffing processes, recruitment lifecycle, and delivery metricsStrong leadership, conflict resolution, and people management skillsExcellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management capabilitiesHigh operational discipline with ability to manage in fast-paced environmentsKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)Client retention and satisfactionRevenue generated from assigned accountsAccount growth and expansionRequirement fulfillment/closure rateCandidate submission-to-interview ratioInterview-to-selection ratioNew business/upselling opportunitiesContract renewalsClient response and issue-resolution turnaround timeWhy Infinite?Salary at par with industry standardsHealth InsuranceEmployee Oriented Salary StructureProbable Onsite Opportunities / International ExposureOpportunity to work with U.S. Clients5 days working (Monday to Friday)Fun @ WORK activitiesOpportunity to grow up the ranks quickly due to more visibility in a mid-sized organizationRelocation assistance to Outstation employees
