This role suits senior AR and credit professionals who know how to get balances paid and want a long-term remote role with a US business.Salary: Top-of-market salary paid in USD Location: Remote Type: Full-timeKey ResponsibilitiesOwn the full AR cycle: invoicing, aging reports, follow-ups, escalations, and collection of remaining balances after project completionChase and resolve outstanding balances from $3k to $20k+, using sound judgment on when and how to escalateWork with sales and operations leaders so every completed project gets collected and nothing slipsManage the existing bookkeepers and keep the books clean and up to dateBuild and tighten processes, such as payment cadences and transaction classification, so AR and reporting stay accuratePresent clear AR and cash flow reports to leadershipCandidate ProfileFluent in English, both written and spoken5+ years in accounts receivable, collections, or credit control, with hands-on ownership of the full AR cycleComfortable holding firm, professional conversations about overdue paymentsExperience managing or supervising bookkeepers or junior accountantsProficient with QuickBooks and familiar with US accounting practicesCPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent, and experience with project-based billing (construction, home services), are strong plusesWhy This RoleEarn in USD while working remotelyDirect, visible impact on a growing company's cash flowWork closely with US company leadershipOwn and grow the AR and accounting function as the company scales
