Account Receivable (Russian Speaking) - Tourism or Travel Industry.

We are looking for a Accounts Receivable (Russian speaking) to join our existing Finance Team.This is a detail-oriented role requiring excellent communication skills, particularly when working with partners and internal teams on a daily basis. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and will have a strong understanding of Accounts Receivable and basic accounting principles.Key ResponsibilitiesRecord and reconcile all incoming financial transactions.Manage Accounts Receivable and support credit management activities.Communicate with partners regarding incoming payments and outstanding balances.Allocate customer payments accurately and in a timely manner.Conduct ad hoc checks of sales invoices and receipts for payments received.Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve payment discrepancies.Prepare and send account balances and statements to partners.Maintain and update partner account information and financial records.Assist with audits and investigate discrepancies in financial accounts.Ensure financial records comply with company policies and standards.Assist with compiling financial and Accounts Receivable reports.Communicate with partners regarding payments, credit, and account-related queries.Work closely with the Operations and Reservations teams to resolve payment and account issues.Perform other finance-related duties as required.Requirements & SkillsFluent in Russian and English, both written and spoken.AAT qualification is preferred, or equivalent finance/accounting experience.Previous experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar finance role.Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to accurately calculate, record, and manage financial data.Excellent data-entry skills and a high level of attention to detail.Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and accounting software such as NetSuite or Xero.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Previous experience working in the Tourism or Travel Industry.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience working with international clients or partners.
