Job Profile:Enhance the Current Account Portfolio by strengthening the relationship with the existing customer base and acquiring new business banking and SME CustomersEnhance revenue through introducing innovative fee-based facilities and servicesExecute an aggressive sales strategy to attract new business banking and SME Customers to the bankDeliver a higher standard of service by responding promptly to inquiries and coordinating with branch managers and support departmentsManage all current account transaction requirements within the regionCandidate Criteria:Full/part qualification in Sales/Marketing or Banking would be beneficialMinimum 2 - 3 years of experience in the banking/finance field with exposure to Liability Sales and Business/ Transactional Banking or Relationship BankingKnowledge of basic banking operations, including cash and cheque facilities, would be beneficialStrong communication skills in both Sinhala and English languagesA target-driven professional with proven skills in planning, negotiating, and sellingA confident, outgoing personality with a strong sales and customer service mindset
