We provide end-to-end support, including logistics coordination, customs clearance, and continuous supply, to ensure your project runs reliably.Role Description The Account Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Al Khobar, responsible for managing and growing customer accounts across key sectors such as infrastructure, construction, energy, and industry. Daily activities include handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, tracking orders, and ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation. The role involves maintaining detailed account records, monitoring billing and payments, and coordinating with internal teams and suppliers to resolve issues and support uninterrupted supply. The Account Specialist will build strong relationships with clients, identify opportunities to expand business, and provide proactive support on project materials, power solutions, and logistics services. The position requires consistent on-site collaboration with sales, operations, and logistics teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Account Management and Customer Service skills to manage relationships, handle inquiries, and support key accounts effectively.Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Finance-related capabilities to interpret data, support pricing and invoicing, and monitor account performance.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact with clients, internal stakeholders, and suppliers in a clear and professional manner.Candidates should ideally have experience in trading, industrial supplies, construction, energy, or related sectors, with familiarity in project-based work.Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and basic ERP or CRM systems, along with strong organizational and time-management skills.A relevant bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred; proficiency in English is required.
